1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Vehicle Compatibility & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, handlebar sizing ranges, clamp dimensions, and pricing. Independent Aftermarket Motorcycle Brand Notice: Fira Moto is an independent aftermarket motorcycle accessory brand and retailer. Fira Moto is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Quad Lock, RAM Mounts, Cardo Systems, Sena Technologies, Yamaha Motor Co., Honda Motor Co., Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ducati Motor Holding, or Harley-Davidson. Mentions of specific bike models or phone brands are made strictly for fitment and technical compatibility context. Fira Moto reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Motorcycle Riding Safety, Vibration & Installation Disclaimer

Rider Safety & Distracted Riding Warning: Operating a motorcycle requires full concentration. Never adjust phone navigation, browse screens, or manipulate intercom settings while the motorcycle is in motion; pull over safely to make adjustments. Hardware Torque & OIS Protection Notice: High-frequency engine vibrations (particularly on single-cylinder and V-twin motorcycles) can impact smartphone optical image stabilization (OIS). Our vibration-dampening mounts significantly mitigate vibration transfer, but riders must ensure all mounting screws, ball heads, and brackets are torqued securely before riding. Fira Moto is not liable for smartphone camera stabilization damage, detached mobile devices resulting from loose clamps, traffic accidents, or personal injuries sustained while operating a motorcycle.
